Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times & Carriers We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times vary by product and supplier:
- Standard Domestic (US): 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping is handled by our fulfillment partners via AliExpress/DSers and Dripshipper. Carriers may include USPS, ePacket, DHL, or other regional carriers depending on the product and origin.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, which can add to delivery time.
Lost or Stolen Packages Veteran Code is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with them.
