Digital Product Policy

This policy covers digital products sold through Veteran Code Academy. Physical Veteran Code coffee, tea, and merchandise are covered by the store's standard shipping and refund policies.

Digital Delivery

Veteran Code Academy products are delivered electronically. After your purchase is complete, you receive a secure download link to access your files. There is nothing physical to ship. Each purchase includes up to 3 downloads. If you reach that limit, change devices, or have trouble downloading, contact us through our Contact page and we will restore your access.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final. We still stand behind what we sell and will help if any of the following happen:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• Your download link did not work or the file would not open.
• The file you received did not match what the product page described.

If any of these apply, contact us within 14 days of purchase through our Contact page with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will repair the issue, resend the correct files, or, where appropriate, issue a refund. Requests based on change of mind or completion of the content after download may be declined. Issuing a refund may revoke access to the product and its files. All refunds are subject to applicable law and the rules of the payment processor used at checkout.

Customer Use Terms

When you buy a Veteran Code Academy digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. Unless a specific product page states otherwise, you may use the product for your own personal learning and apply the strategies and templates inside your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, give away, publicly post, or file-share the product, sublicense or transfer it to anyone else, remove Veteran Code Academy branding, or claim the work as your own for resale. These terms protect the work behind each product, and violation may result in loss of access without refund.

Educational and Results Disclaimer

Veteran Code Academy products are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, financial, tax, or business advice, and they do not create any professional relationship. Veteran Code Academy is a private digital education brand. It is not an accredited school, college, or university, it is not affiliated with any government agency or military branch, and it does not grant degrees, certifications, or continuing-education credit unless a specific product clearly states otherwise.
